not found error

since the server move my website went offline, since it came back I get the message

Not Found
The requested URL /cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi was not found on this server.

I still have full access to my files and cPanel.
I this something down to the server move or is it my account?

Server move. Lots of people in the second half of the migration are getting the exact same problem. Admins have been notified.
