Not getting credit

I play the forum games alot. I post and post but don't get any credits or how many posts I've done goes up. Some of the time it gives me credits, but most of the time it just stays the same. I've given it at least two weeks to change but it still hasn't. I tried it once on my sisters computer and it worked just fine. Can I still get the credits and posts I've earned? Please help me...
