Not happy about server outage

Dear x10Hosting , I'm wring this post on behalf on the service that are not able to get access to there websites or somewhat of access to there site like myself. I've been tracking your outage page and it shows that the x02 server is out and i'm on x03 that should be working . this outage has been going on for two days and the time for a fix is now. Sorry for being harsh but I love your service and action needs to be done

try clicking on the about me or links pages and you will see the error message
