Not letting accepting me

The site keeps giving me excuses on why it wont let me join.

Here is what it said in my latest email-

This email is being sent to notify you that the hosting account that you have signed up for has not been created, due to an error which occurred during the creation process.

The error that occurred was:

Whm error: the dns entry already exists. (code create_2)​

The error that occurred can most likely be resolved by signing up again for a hosting account here: http://x10hosting.com/hosting/signup

Looks like venomrpg.x10hosting.com exists already with cPanel name 'uzi614'

That was me. I am trying to sign in but I'm getting an error and it seems taht uzi614 is not my cPanel name...
