Not receiving email for account linking

I should be receiving an email on how to link my hosting and forum account, and I have made sure the email address is correct but I am still not receiving an email.

goto http://www.x10hosting.com/login and try to login with your cPanel username and password. Then follow the instructions.

In addition to lambada's suggestion, have you checked your spam/bulk folders? I have occasionally seen some emails wind up in there for some reason
