Not receiving emails

Much like CebuSmart has said in his post, I am also having issues with email. I normally use Outlook. None of the configurations have been changed. The program goes through the motions of logging into the mail server and checking. But nothing downloads. I have logged into webmail (and had my wife log into webmail with her email address). Neither account shows any mail. I have also sent test emails from gmail but none of those have shown up.

Any help will be appreciated.
