I'm trying to reset my password as required, but I'm not receiving the email. Can somebody look into this?
The email address on file for your account is related to a custom .tk domain which I suspect you host with us?
If that would be the case you will not be able to receive any emails until the server has been fully restored as your server, x12, is affected by the issues as posted at: https://community.x10hosting.com/community/threads/server-issues-all-servers.208924/
