Not sure if Account suspended or down

Hi I dont know how to start this but anyways,

I've utilized your free hosting site twice now, 1st one was using in my project and the 2nd for is for a family friend that has church.

My question im using an ftp through your site (url: http://ijngm.exofire.net:2082/ ) and I forgot my login profile for that account and now I created this account to be able to activate that account and put the web live again, if you can help me out to recover my log in profile that would be great help.... ( i hope my site wont be suspended due to inactivity)

is there anyway that i can re-activate it? i have a domain through godaddy and it forwards to that ftp site... I need help please, it's a church website..Thanks!

Your cPanel username is vicmag22.
Your forum username is vicmagtoto.

vicmag22 as password always incorrect can you reset it?

Log in to your account management panel http://www.x10hosting.com/login and use the forum username password. From there you can change the cpanel password yourself.
