Not sure what to do?

I’ve been using script for E-Commerce which is made by a free script company by the name of Freeway. I have tested their script on other servers and it works so I know that it is not the script itself, but when I tried installing it on X10Hosting's servers then it gives this error:

GIF supported "

According to them this means that GD Library can't be found and is not installed on the hosting provider's server. But when I signed up it stated that X10Hosting has GD Library. I am very confused about what to do?

You need to upgrade your PHP type to intermediate. You can do this from the AMP.
