Not suspended but website is down

Hi,

Thanks very much for providing this free web hosting service. I have found it quite helpful.

I noticed a couple days ago that my website appears to be down and investigated this on my account panel. I do not appear to be suspended for any reason at the moment (e.g. usually for inactivity), so I'm at a loss as to why the site would be down.

Could someone please look into this for me and let me know if I need to do anything to rectify this problem.
