Hello,

Could you please provide a tracert to Boru together with your IP? It seem to have a bit of an issue with connectivity from some locations (I can't access either on main IP but I know that it is up).

If you are on windows you can do the tracert by: start -> run; type in cmd click OK. In the command line interface that pops up type in: tracert boru.x10hosting.com and hit enter.

Yes, seeing as you can connect it was expected that the trace didn't work, could you please provide that tracert as asked? We're relaying information to our DC, as this is something that is not in "our" end, but rather in the network somewhere along the route between the DC and some users location.

Could you please do two more tracert tests, and paste both results?

One for the IP: 69.175.121.66
and on for the IP: 69.175.121.68

The later does work my end, and is a secondary IP for the server.
