Not working

The cpanel and primary domain doesnt work.

Server not found is the error. How can this be fixed?

and when I access the FTP using the above domain with the given username and pass, it says unable to connect.

How long have you had your account? And have you followed all confirmation and activation e-mails you received while signing up?

Ive registered yesterday. Ive already confirmed and received a message that my account has been created.
