note pad file migration

I have script and an existing page on my desktop. Can I migrate the page onto here? And then use note pad to add to the page? If so how?

Yes, you can upload the webpage to your x10Hosting account's "public_html" folder using FTP. You can do this using an FTP client, such as FileZilla, by using the details on this wiki article.
