Nothing is working Now

Just few hours from now i updated my primary domain name.
In the 1st place it was working fine. i am using wordpress 2.92.
so i tried to update the base site url from the mysql database (phpadmin).
after that it is not working at all. even i can not access the cpanel.
pleases help me out..
