Nothing on my website loads

Server: Chopin, AFAIK. Unless it's changed since I last checked.
I made a thread located here and was told that someone would look into this. Since then the thread has been closed and the problem still persists. I can log into my account panel just fine...but my website still doesn't load, not even cPanel. Everything else appears to be fine. :/
EDIT: In my account panel is also says that "It appears that you do not have hosting under your client account."

It appears the Address is pointing to a bad server. I'll try to alert an admin to the issue.

I'm sorry but during the transfers that took place on Chopin a few weeks ago, we experienced a bug with cPanel which resulted in lots of accounts not being transferred over. Unfortunately the bug was discovered only after the server had been take offline. Due to this we lost all your data as well as your account. However if you did have any databases with them, we will be happy to restore them once you've set up a new account.

You should be able to signup for a new account as the signups are not on hold.

I've tried signing up 5 times now and every time I get a 504 Gateway Time-out error.
