Nothing working at all?

Hello, just registered for hosting (free) and got a site on lotus but it seems that nothing works in the Cpannel. I try to create a FTP account and the buttons don't even work, nothing happens on click. I try uploading files using the file manager but nothing happens and the upload progress does not change and it says that my max upload is 0 bytes?

Seriously whats wrong? I still cant do anything... do I really have to create multiple accounts and unnecessarily spam everthing?
