Hi All,
We're finally finishing up our server restructure (part of 1 server left). Some of you may have noticed a rollback in your data whether it was database\files. If you experienced this and would like it fixed please open a ticket at http://support.x10hosting.com ; We will terminate your account and restore it from the latest backup which should be your latest files.
Secondly, a portion of users are experiencing the 'Apache Great Success' page. This just means our DNS records got a bit ahead of your files. Once your files are moved over your site should re-appear, like magic

We plan to start implementing new pieces of the site over the next few days and hopefully will have full implementation done within a week. So, you may start seeing bits and pieces of the new site pop-up as we slowly integrate it with our backend system and put it live.
Once the restructure is done for the servers the PHP applications, Fantastico, and other things that are normally available will be restored.

Estamos acabando de reestructurar nuestro servidero (Solo falta una parte de un servidor). Algunos de vosotros habreis notado que se os han reestablecido algunos archivos en vuestra cuenta o base de datos. Si tienes ese problema, i lo quieres solucionar ve a http://support.x10hosting.com y escribe un ticket. Terminaremos tu cuenta y restauraremos nuestro ultimo backup, que serán tus archivos mas recientes.
Por otro lado unos cuantos usuarios tendreis el problema de apache. (os aparecera una web en vez de la vuestra que dice 'Apache Great Success' ) Esto significa que nuestras DNS todavia no se han actialicedao. Y que cuando se acaben de mover los archivos de tu sitio, por arte de magia, la web funcionará
Planeamos empezar a implementar nuevas partes de x10 en los proximos dias, y esperamos que se complete la implementación en una semanita. Por esto, empezaras a notar que partes del nuevo sitio, aparecerán al mismo tiempo que nosotros los vamos implementando en x10.
Una vez que la reestructuracion se complete, todos los problemas (php, ftp, fantastico, y más) volveran a la normalidad y se solucionarán.
