Nuke Evo install issue help

I am getting this error on my website. I installed it and can't get past this page:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I just dropped database and trying to install it from the install.php file and it won't get past that error.

Now when I do the mysql install I get this:

MySQL said:

#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near 'TYPE=MyISAM' at line 11

^^^ that's why it won't install onto database even in my account it shows no space was even used because it didn't install on the right type of mysql
