What forum software would that be? And YouTube is not a valid place to get forum software.
Forum software like vBulletin cost money and are only valid if they were purchased from http://www.vbulletin.com/
We strictly prohibit nulled software (meaning you didn't pay for it) as this is illegal. This is a permanent suspension as it falls under our zero tolerance policy

Tip #1: Legitimate software doesn't come with a key generator.
Tip #2: Legitimate software doesn't come with a "DGT Nulled Release Validator."
Tip #3: Legitimate vbulletin installs don't use a license # with the format "[#]DGT-LICENSE[#]".
3 strikes, you're out. Feel free to find another host - we don't support warez, and we NEVER will.
Edit: My bad, forgot to mention, all 3 of these tips came directly from your nulled vbulletin install. I'm surprised you didn't even bother to google "vBulletin," the first link tells you it costs $145 or $195, I forget which. If it costs $ and you got it for free, it's not legal. Good day, sir.
