Can I start a email marketing campaign for selling /marketing products?
I see that US Can-SPAM act is to be followed.But what exactly does that mean..I am not spamming addresses anyway..but the people who are registered will only be sent emails.
Kindly help with more information.
Also how may emails per hour can be sent..can I send 50 per hour?
