You may ignore it if you're going to configure database connection through hostname. If you need to configure database connection through DSN (Data Source Name) or specify your own custom connection string, you should install PHP extension for ODBC. For installation instructions, please refer to the official PHP documentation. In case of a shared hosting, you need to ask your hosting provider to install the extension.
