odd account suspension

Hi,

My website was suspended a couple weeks ago. I never received an email or was told why, and support tickets are closed. Do you want me to create a totally new account, or are my files still hiding somewhere on one of your servers?

Unfortunately, when accounts such as yours were restored manually, a bug in the system marked them as "suspended" even though you could log into cPanel and view your account normally.
A week or so ago, the system deleted many such accounts as part of the normal housekeeping. Regrettably, there are no backups of files or databases.

You should start a totally new account. If you encounter any problems, please post back here and we will try to help.
