[OFF][200-300*2] Banner

Hi I am looking for a banner for my website. I will need a day and night banner, so the credits that you receive will be doubled.
Here are the supplies:

• http://forums.asiasoftsea.net/showthread.php?p=8826985 (Please use the Night Walker character for the night banner and the Fire Wizard for the day banner. • Also for the background please use a background that is according to the time of day. (For i.e when it is day use a bright background and when it is night use a dark background) Here is the link to some backgrounds: http://bsbackgrounds.webs.com/maps.htm
• Also in the background use a blank.gif image (character image). A note will be shown below to tell you what I'm talking about.
• Make sure the banner is 820x20.
• If possible you can include a font for the title. (Be creative like http://basilmarket.com)
• Also if possible you can make the characters animate like in the sites I gave you.
• NO BLACK SPACES

The banner should be a replica of the basilmarket banner. Also the banner that you are creating must have the blank.gif which is next to the character (in basilmarket's case that would be the avatar with the cool equips (in night))
