Off topic. No way to contact support

Hello , my post is off topic perfect for this forum.

I have no way to contact support and tell them my status screen says im still on fris, what do i do? i have been trying for a little while now since restores were completed on chopin and boru. im in no way trying to rush anyone but i do think it should be brought up .maybe a spiffy new post to let us know we are not forgotten
