The site has been online all along. However, your own IP was blocked by the firewall due to "Failed DirectAdmin Roundcube login".
I have removed the block, please ensure you are using the correct credentials when logging into your email account.
Could this happen on premium? Yes, as repeated failed logins would be blocked there as well to help ensure a non authorized user can not gain access by repeatedly attempting various passwords.
