Oh what happened! Can't connect to site, can't login to x10Hosting! Oh what!

Hi all,

i just don't know what happened to me and my site. I was trying to add a path for my site to Imagemagick and the page loaded for 10 minutes. Then it came a strange error and i tried to go to the back-end (administration) again. It loaded page blank.

Then i went to my site public fron-end and it gave me error. So i went to my x10Hosting account to see if i got suspended (strange i've got the ads putted in all pages) but i couldn't also login to it.

It gave me error, wrong password and username.

I tried to go also to my email but everything seem'd clear. Can you explain me what's happening, staff?

Apache, which is responible for the loading of web pages is offline on the server you're on (Stoli). Everything should be back to normal within about 5 minutes .

Ah tnl! I was checkin the reply you made to me about ImageMagick. Seemed it was working 'until this.

But this is strange. First time i couldn't login to my x10hosting panel.

EDIT: Still can't connect to my account panel...

An Error Has Occurred
Incorrect account password.

I am using this pass from many years, i got it also on the phone. I wrote it many times and it continues to give me this error. I did also copy and paste, the password was how i wrote it. How's possible?

To login to: http://x10hosting.com/login (AMP) you need to do it with your FORUM username and password.
If you don't remember your cPanel password, you can change it from your AMP.

I just don't know what happened. Of course i logged with forums account... (i am not stupid! this was like an offence to me ) but it didn't worked until i changed manually the forums password back again to the old one.

I mean if i change the pw tot the new one i can't login to account, should you fix something?

The AIP authenticates against vBulletin. So whatever you use to login here works there.
