hi i am back to day i still cant get on to my site not even cpanel or ftp

this is what i get when trying to conect to ftp

The ip looks wrong to me as per the stoli server concerns. It should be 74.63.233.27

Try stoli.x10hosting.com as ftp server

thanks for that but still not sold the problem as i cant change my cpanle password as it says my secuirty question is wong even thoe i know its not any ider on how i would sort this out?

as gsonline say try stoli.x10hosting.com as ftp server.

If still not working and you want to reset your security answer then post back here..
