I know this is a free hosting service.
I know that the admins has pay per use clients that must be satisfied first.
I know that make a HD change to a server in production sometimes is dificult and cost money...
But the only thing I request is information. Is not very difficult to writte a lines about the issue and say... for example, it will be repaired in two weeks... and everyone will be happy. In to weeks I return and no problem...
But now without information we spend 5 minutes each hour testing if files can be uploaded. I know the legacy web "trick" but as system administrator this is like a "back door" and if there is a server low of space I don't want to give the admins more problems.
I hope one of them writte something...
