Ok, Whats Going On?

after my account got suspended for high cpu usage i clicked to unsuspend my self it says automatic but ive been waiting for a day now and i really want to get my account back online so guys why is my account still suspended for high cpu usage it says automatic :/

I had un suspended your account.But dont forget to check what was causing it.

yeh it was because of high cpu usage i tihnk i know waht caused it i will stop it now but my cpanel wont load and it just stays as it is it says loading but it doesent load..
