Old account restoration

Hi,I need an old account restored. The portal id of that account was:. Interestingly the account was deleted (probably due to inactivity policy) however the sub-domain's name servers under that portal was never deleted so although I no longer have access to the account portal, the sub-domain has been live as ever been.
