This seems like it has been a popular problem in the past but I'm not sure whether it still is. . .
I have still got the apache/cPanel welcome page despite:
- overwriting my index.html file in the public_html,
- redirecting my x10 URL page to my target URL,
- flushing my DNS
The account username for cPanel is bungle. Cheers.
