Old/corrupted versions of MySQL databases

Following the migration, I see that two of my databases now contain old or possibly corrupted data:

goblin66_joomla
goblin66_survey

Both of these databases had changes made to them on/soon after Friday 16 July, just before I think the migration must have taken place. The versions of the databases I currently see are from before these changes were made. In particular, the goblin66_survey database looks like either a very old or corrupted version.

Is it possible to restore these databases to the most recent versions which were active?
