Old domain locked in X10 Hosting servers

Hi. Good Afternoon.
When I created my free account, I change my main domain from "x10.mx) to ".com" what i have. However, after few hours i returned to "x10.mx". My domain "x10.mx" is ok and perfect. But my own domain ".com" dont work with other hosting enterprise that i have now because it continues appointing to X10 page and say "server error". (PS: I already configurate my dns to new hosting, but the problem continues).

Please, help me!

What is the .com domain that you are hosting elsewhere?

If you don't want to share that, then clear your browser's cache and flush your computer's dns. If your domain is not pointing to x10hosting.com nameservers, then it probably needs just a little more time to propagate to the new hosting if it hasn't already.
