Old question - new spin - SQL Host Name?

I've read through several posts all asking for the sql host name and I understand if you're writing code, you just need to use "localhost". But I am not writing code - actually, I am trying to avoid it. I am using a program called PHP Generator and it is asking me for a host name and a port # so that it can access my database. Below is a screen shot of the setup box. Suggestions?

Oh, I have created the DB and added a user with full permissions.

I think he has a soft on his pc, and he wants to connect with it to the x10 mysql.
The host can't be localhost.

Correct. Software is on my PC. Localhost is not a viable answer

You need to PM me a static IP to allow in the firewall. MySQL is blocked by default for security reasons.
