OMG!!! Can PHP and HTML really do this?!?!?!?

Go to http://jagf.pcriot.com. On the portal where it saying "The weekly youtube video" 1 minute ago there was a video. I didn't change anything and it come up a random post from my forum! What the hell should I do to stop it??? I didn't even change something! One moment the video just dissappeared and been replaced with some code I didn't write so it show a post there now!
