I went into my public folder, and my computer lagged, and I ended up deleting all folders in there instead of just the one I wanted. Is there any way to recover the data? Please tell me there is. Like... is there an "undo" button or a trash bin?

Btw, for those that are thinking "You should back up your site," I'm aware of that. I really didn't think I'd be stupid enough to delete the whole thing. You live; you learn, right?
But... after a lot of searching, I have come to the conclusion that there is no way to recover it, so I'm just going to start rebuilding.
