Have no idea about the smilies except to try Zapzack's suggestion.
I am also able to view your website with no errors or problems. Therefore there is clearly no problem with the server. Try clearing your browser cache and flushing your DNS and see if that helps any. If that does not resolve the issue try using a proxy service like Hide My Ass to see if there is some problem with your IP address.

No, actually, this one is a different issue, the admins fix it. It's not just me, I was on MSN and one of my members said that the page was blank for her. Also, I think you're right, I forgot to upload one.
