for the server status, it's not always 100% accurate though and only updates every 5 minutes or so.

The server status page is a good tool, but it isn't terribly reliable. The one on CPanel is better. It's at the lower left of the page, underneath your server information.

Lotus should be working fine now. Please try logging in to your cPanel again.
