Open tickets still not replied to ?

ive had a couple of open tickets running on support now for over a fortnight and would like someone to look at them and tell me when the problems can be sorted?

ticket numbers #13805 and #13396

can someone give me a clue when these will be looked at?

i know the support guys have been ultra busy with all the server upgrades on all the free servers but feel the issues do now need sorting ?

I have same problem, first ticket was about two weeks ago, but problem is not resolved.
My site is not accessible and I think that someone have to sort tickets. Priority for small error can not be same as non-working site.

all tickets are important regardless of support questions !

hopefully all the tickets will be sorted in good time

as i can see people seem to be very frustrated with the tickets being live for a long time?

At that time, why my old ticket is closed (without any solving/answer) ?

i think admins updated the story regarding closing all the open tickets as a lot of them where about the servers being down or related questions to the servers that admins or helpers couldnt help with until the uopgrades where complete thats why issues had to be re opened with new tickets?

I'm still waiting for a reply on my ticket (#13389).
As they've said they have a huge backlog of tickets to get through but it'd still be nice to know roughly where they're up to and/or how long they expect it'll take to catch up. Still, I know they're hard at work so I'm not complaining!
