Opening Ports

I run a series of game servers and with them I'm trying to install SourceBans. However, the game servers are unable to access the database I have set up. The database user already has all privileges and I've put the game servers' IPs into Remote MySQL Database. Through some research I've found that what might be needed is for the host provider to open the proper ports: 27015 and 27025.

Hello,

Due to restrictions on free accounts, MySQL databases hosted on free cannot be accessed from outside of the server, even if you add the server(s) to the remote MySQL table. You'd need Premium for that purpose. Please see: http://x10hosting.com/free-hosting-comparison for more details.
