Dear x10 Premium support team

Am considering moving to premium as the current FREE hosting cannot run OpenPublish by Drupal.
Please advice if Premium hosting can support OpenPublish?

Tried running it on the FREE hosting but timed out.

Dear support team

It says on the website that shell access is available for Premium Hosting users, does this mean we can ssh to the server and increase PHP memory to 128 MB?
