Opera and Control Panel

Somehow my Opera browser doesnt load the control panel.
It does load these forums though.
Do you know how to solve this?

Its loading fine for me using opera and also Mozilla.Flush your DNS and check again

ive just noticed that TLS 1.1 was deactivated, but i dont know why...
anyway now it works again.

My Cpanel is loading, but I can't connect with my Frontpage extensions and my web site will not load correctly. This started last night. Only half the files load.
