Other MySQL Tables

I currently have a VPS which hosts my Gaming server, It is rather small at the moment, but is always looking to grow.

The gaming server uses a mySQL tables to control the server, And the real question i am asking is that with a Free (or paid) Would your servers allow me to edit into them?
