Others cannot view my website

I flushed my dns, and now my website was viewable by me. I logged on to my fathers computer and I went to my website. It said the website domain was available. I suppose it would be the same thing for you, if you check the website @ http://ocdesigns.pcriot.com.

My cPanel username is : JuniorD (If you need it)

I see your website. Try flushing that computer's dns cache also.
