The first and second resource usages can be unsuspended by yourself through account panel. but for the third suspension staff has to unsuspend you.

Some script on your site is take more resources like CPU or RAM for long time. So the automatic system suspends to make sure this won't effect other free users on your server.

Once you are unsuspended make sure that the script issues has to to be solved. by removing it or disabling it.

Sorry for the delay, this thread should have been escalated and brought to an account manager's attention a long time ago. I am going to escalate this thread so someone can help you find out what files are causing your suspension and help you prevent future high resource suspensions.
