Out of date files on site

The files on my site are at least a week out of date since the migration - for example, I have a backup showing files were edited on 24 April but the same file on my site is showing a date of 16 April. Can you restore my site to just before the migration took place?

site: rmr.x10host.com

Also not sure if this is part of the problem but when I log in I get an invalid SSL certificate error (which if I ignore I get taken to cPanel on vox.x10hosting.com)

I 'see' your domain[ rmr.x10host.com ] as on free-hosting server [ xo2 = (old Vox) - IP: 198.91.81.4 ]
server [ xo2 ] has MySQL issues - until they are resolved - they can not restore your database

as for SSL...
new SSL certificates have been bought, but not yet assigned to the servers
although server migrations are complete - they (Admins) are still configuring certain aspects of the server.

Thanks - SQL problems look like they are now fixed, SSL Certificate problem is fixed, but...

...my site php files are still nearly two weeks out of date. Can these be restored to the files that were there just before the migration please?

EDIT: Sorry should also have said site is still showing as being on vox.x10hosting.com. Is that correct?
