Out of memory

I was just able to get back on my site...but on certain pages (specifically viewtopic.php pages) I get errors like this:

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 24903680) (tried to allocate 1966080 bytes) in /home/jesschen/public_html/phpBB3/cache/tpl_prosilver_viewtopic_body.html.php on line 322

is this a hosting error?

I asked at the phpBB forum and was told to ask you to change my PHP limit to 32M. can someone do that please?

That is indeed a hosting error. I suspect the memory limit has been adjusted, possibly to stop the servers from going down as easily.
