I do apologize but the account in your screenshot was removed in 2023.
The newer account was the one that was recently terminated.
That said, I have provided a one time restore for you on the secondary account that was recently removed.
However, please note " I missed the deactivation day by a couple of days" is not fully correct as our system shows the last time you accessed your account dashboard was over 90 days ago. While our system may have not sent email reminders up to a few days ago it is up to the user to make sure they remain active!
