outgoing mail problem

I am having a problem sending emails out from the mail portion using microsoft office outlook 2007. I can get incoming mail, but not outgoing mail. Can you assist?? Thanks!

UPDATE: I fixed it, I changed the port to port 25 instead of what the site told me (port 26) It appears to be working now. That's what going to bed allows you to do. LOL
