I Am Having Problems Using Outlook To Send Emails From My Email Account

I See People Have Had The Same Problem

(send test email messageutlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMPT) email server. if you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or internet service provider (ISP).

as the server just stander
